Dr. Gauri Hardikar

Dr. Gauri Hardikar has over 20 years of experience in the field of teacher education. She recently opted for retirement as Associate Professor from a renowned college of teacher education in Mumbai to pursue her passion for life skills and impactful teacher education.

As a life skills consultant and coach, along with personal coaching, she facilitates training programs at various levels, specialising in life skills TOT programs for higher education faculty and school teachers. She is has been the former Secretary of the Indian Association of Life Skills Education (IALSE).

Dr. Gauri contributes to research and academic discourse through her role in international academic associations. She is the Senior Vice-President of the World Curriculum, Comparative Education Societies, USA, working for the development of an international curriculum to be offered online and free of cost to the marginalised learners across the world.

Tresa Seejo

With a Master’s in Psychology, a B.Ed., and 25 years of corporate leadership experience, Tresa combines deep professional expertise with real-life parenting wisdom. As a mother of three raised in a joint family, she understands firsthand the everyday struggles and dynamics parents face today.

After serving as an Associate Vice President in the corporate world, she followed her true passion to empower parents with practical, proven tools to raise emotionally resilient and future-ready children.

She is also the published author of the Amazon eBook "Help Your Child Win!"—a practical guide designed to support parents in guiding their children toward both academic and personal growth.

Tresa strongly believes that every child possesses the potential to be not only professionally successful, but also an empathetic, compassionate human being—when nurtured with the right guidance and parenting approach.

Dr. Wilona Annunciation

Dr. Wilona is an experienced psychiatrist and mental health professional with over a decade of dedicated service in the field. She is deeply passionate about creating awareness around mental health and helping break the stigma associated with seeking psychological support. Known for her warm, approachable nature and engaging style, she has a wonderful ability to simplify complex mental health topics and make them relevant to everyday family life. With her expertise in parent and child behaviour management, psychiatric care, and mental health advocacy, she has empowered countless individuals and families to better understand emotional well-being. 

Shivani Amin

Shivani Amin is a practicing psychologist with a Master's in clinical psychology. She offers therapy to adult clients through her private practice. Additionally, she is a visiting faculty at Ramnarain Ruia autonomous college, Matunga, where she teaches psychology to undergraduate and postgraduate students. She is also a junior psychologist with Catalysts, where she works as a mental health trainer and content developer. She has been associated with Anugrah since February 2024

Jeevan D'cunha

Jeevan Dcunha brings over 25 years of experience at the intersection of education, psychology, and systems design. A Counselling Psychologist and ICF-certified OD Coach, he heads projects at Max Edusol Pvt. Ltd. and serves as Senior Advisor at Chatrabhuj Narsee School. His background includes key roles at Phillips Academy Andover and Jamnabai Narsee School, alongside dual master’s degrees from Boston College. Through leadership workshops, he helps K–12 schools build robust systems where students discover their strengths and career paths. His guiding principle is to "bring life in all its fullness—by comforting the disturbed and disturbing the comfortable."

Dr. Sheryl John Senthilnathan

Dr. Sheryl John Senthilnathan is an eminent Mumbai-born Psychiatrist, celebrated mental health speaker, and dedicated community advocate who runs a thriving psychiatry practice consulting at Holy Spirit Hospital and Dr. L. H. Hiranandani Hospital. Specializing in the treatment of young adults, women, and families, she combines extensive medical expertise with diverse therapeutic modalities. Dr. Sheryl earned her MD in Psychiatry from the esteemed Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College and Hospital, Mumbai, and further expanded her therapeutic repertoire by completing training in the Carkhuff Method of Counselling at St. Xavier’s College alongside an online training module in DBT under Dr. Marsha Linehan (USA).

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Sheryl has made significant leadership contributions to the field, having served as the Co-Chairperson of the NDPS Task Force of the Indian Psychiatric Society and as a member of the Awards Committee of the Bombay Psychiatric Society. Driven by a deep passion for community mental health, she works tirelessly to promote mental health awareness and destigmatize mental illness across society. To advance this mission, she routinely conducts talks across the length and breadth of the country and is frequently featured as an invited speaker at both national and international conferences.

Annapoorani Ravi

Annapoorani did her Masters in psychology from Madras University out of sheer passion for counseling, after working as an Electrical and Electronics engineer for over 10 years. 

She later completed her Master's in Social Work and Counseling (MSWC) from IGNOU and her PG Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Annamalai University along with several certificate courses. She has a rich experience of working with multiple schools and remand homes like Deonar, Rescue foundation, Kandivali and St Catherine 's home. She has been a lead Group Therapist along with individual counseling for the trafficked girls.She is associated with YMCA as a Counselor, Supervisor and Trainer for the past 17 years. 

She is also a regular facilitator for an organisation called Person to Person, Hyderabad.

She actively does personal counselling in centres like YMCA and online one on one sessions.

She has two doctor daughters and 3 grandchildren. She currently resides in Ghatkopar with her husband, retired from ONGC
