Reenu holds a masters degree in Clinical Psychology and specialises in psychometric tool customisation, behavious analysis and modification techniques. She belives that given the right tools, every person can champion their own emotional fitness, and so she often teaches her clients to work with customised resources to help them to catalogue and evaluate their emotions. She is an Assistant Professor of Psychology, teaching at both the bachelor's and master's levels and pursuing her Ph.D. in Psychology. She is also an avid follower of psychological journals and seminars and likes to keep abreast of the latest tools and therapies. Before she discovered her calling as a psychologist, Reenu worked in Information Technology for 15 years, travelling extensively and dealing with people of various ages and ethnicities. She holds a master's degree in Computer Science and Applications and uses her IT experience to create effective presentations for workshops. She is passionate about enabling people to overcome their emotional obstacles and achieve their true potential.

Amanda carries a rich experience in the field of psychology and counselling. Armed with an academic background of M.A. in Applied Psychology (Clinical) from Mumbai and on-field practise in hospitals and schools, Amanda embodies a perfect blend of skill and experience. She uses her learnings in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Art based Therapy to help students navigate through their emotional challenges. Her astute insight and clear headed thinking makes her a valuable contributor at Anugrah.

With a Mass Communication degree from Mumbai and a diploma in Youth Ministry from Dallas, USA, Ancy interacts with teenagers and youth, lending a listening ear to their problems and also brings in intervention when necessary. With counselling certificates from YMCA Counselling Institute, she has been functioning as a counsellor in schools across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Ancy carries a spark of vision with her as she brings her skills to use at Anugrah.

Sunita carries a solid 36 years of experience with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) as a Deputy Head Teacher and Head teacher. She also was awarded Mayor Award in 2004 for the Best Teacher in Mumbai. Even the years of experience did not stop her from serving the city, her indomitable spirit led her to work as a counsellor with a Mumbai based NGO. Sunita brings to Anugrah her wisdom from a wealth of experience. 

Kanta is a valuable storehouse of counselling skills and on-field experience. She is trained in Trauma Focused Behaviour Therapy and Psychological Testing. Working as a trauma therapist in International Justice Mission (IJM) has helped her deal with sensitive issues with much wisdom and grace. Kanta brings to the Anugrah Team immense knowledge and great insight.

Rani switched from her computer programming background to counselling and has been unstoppable ever since. Her extensive training in counselling therapies help her to deal with a wide range of challenges amongst adolescents, women, children. Rani is also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Rani adds bubbling energy and boldness to the Anugrah Team.

Ms. Vaishali Bawle is an established Rehabilitation Psychologist who has been working in the field of education since past 19 years. Her areas of expertise include career guidance, aptitude testing, Special Educational Needs, interpersonal relationships, identification and management of behavioural problems among children, fashion and ports psychology, psychological testing, toxic parenting, etc. She is also the founder of YashoDisha, which offers various services in the field of counselling and is also a certified clinical Hypnotherapist and Graphologist and certified in suicide prevention gatekeeper. Vaishali brings beneficial and timely prudence to the Anugrah Team.

Shiva is a chemical engineer by education and has worked in manufacturing across industries for 38 years. He has worked in Reliance Industries, Hindustan Unilever, Owens Corning and Mariwala Group. He has completed the Advanced Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Prafulta and is currently doing a certification program in Executive Coaching. He lives in Navi Mumbai.

Ruchika Sindhkar is a seasoned academician and child counselor with 25+  years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and kids. She believes in 3Ps – Purpose, Potential, and Performance, to be the cornerstones of counseling. Her method entails: assessment, developing an individualized plan, and educating family members on how to respond to certain behaviors. A Mumbai University and SNDT alumnus, she is a regular speaker in school, where she emphasizes on the "need for timely counseling" and the "importance of it on child's mental health."

Shivani Amin is a practicing psychologist with a Master's in clinical psychology. She offers therapy to adult clients through her private practice. Additionally, she is a visiting faculty at Ramnarain Ruia autonomous college, Matunga, where she teaches psychology to undergraduate and postgraduate students. She is also a junior psychologist with Catalysts, where she works as a mental health trainer and content developer. She has been associated with Anugrah since February 2024

Sneha Mikhail Dey has an Experience of 10 Years as an Educational and Child Counselor and from 2014 has been an Associate Counsellor for Educational, Personal and Social Counseling Programs working with various groups, class and strata of children, especially from school to Post Graduation with exposure to School Counselling.
